- Before Work Starts: Customers may request a full refund before the project begins. Any payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- During Development: If a project is already in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and time invested in the project.
- After Delivery or Completion: Once the final files or deliverables have been provided to the client, refunds are generally not available for completed work or approved milestones.
- Project Scope Changes: If the client requests significant changes outside the originally agreed project scope, additional charges may apply and refunds will not cover completed work.
- Client Delays: If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days after the project starts, the project may be considered abandoned and refunds may not be issued.
- Errors or Service Issues: If the final deliverables significantly differ from the agreed scope or contain major errors caused by our team, we will work to correct the issue or may offer a partial or full refund where appropriate.
- Digital Products: As our services involve custom digital design work delivered electronically, refunds cannot be guaranteed once design concepts or digital files have been shared with the client.
- Chargebacks: Clients are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
